Schrole Group Ltd – ASX:SCL

Following the consolidation by acquisition of Schrole Pty Ltd (SPL) and ETAS (WA) Pty Ltd trading as ETAS Group (ETAS Group), Schrole Group Pty Ltd was created. On 17 June 2016, Schrole converted into a publicly listed company. The company is now a provider of integrated and comprehensive software solutions and professional services to the education sector.  

Current as of March 2020, the Schrole Corporate Governance Statement discloses the extent to which the Company follows the recommendations set by the ASX Corporate Governance Council in its publication Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations 3rd Edition (Recommendations).
