Rob is the founder and Managing Director of Schrole. Prior to forming Schrole he ran the franchise of Search Associates for Australia and New Zealand. He took over ETAS (Schrole Develop) in 2007 after 20 years working as a teacher and principal in international schools in Germany, Singapore, Norway, Belgium and Hong Kong. He subsequently founded Schrole in 2013.

Following the consolidation by acquisition of Schrole Pty Ltd (SPL) and ETAS (WA) Pty Ltd trading as ETAS Group (ETAS Group), Schrole Group Pty Ltd was created. On 17 June 2016, Schrole converted into a publicly listed company. The company is now a provider of integrated and comprehensive software solutions and professional services to the education sector.
